엄진웅 이사는 연세대 전기전자공학과와 서울대 기술경영대학원을 거쳐 한국산업기술진흥원 (KIAT), 국방기술품질원, 한국기초과학지원연구원 등 공공분야 연구 기획 업무 경력을 보유하고 있습니다.

높은 기술 분석력을 바탕으로 리튬 메탈 기반의 음극재 소재기업 니바코퍼레이션, GaN 전력반도체 에이프로세미콘을 투자하였으며, 국내 R&D 생태계 네트워크를 바탕으로 ICT 분야 및 기술 초기 기업 투자에 집중하고 있습니다. 

Eum Jin-woong graduated from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Yonsei University and Seoul National University's Graduate School of Technology Management. He possesses a career in research planning in the public sector, including Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT), Defense Technology Quality Institute, and Korea Basic Science Institute.

With a strong analytical ability in technology, he has invested in companies like Nivacorporation, a lithium metal-based cathode material company, and Aprosemiconductor, a GaN power semiconductor company. He focuses on investing in early-stage companies in the ICT field based on the domestic R&D ecosystem network.

이창선 팀장은 한양대 에너지공학과에서 박사학위를 취득하고, 현대자동차그룹, 삼성SDI와 전고체 전지 공동 연구를 수행하였습니다.

케이앤투자파트너스에서 소재·부품·장비 담당 심사역으로서 기본기를 다졌으며, 2022년 쿼드벤처스에 합류하여 전고체 배터리 핵심소재 황화리튬 정석케미칼, 전기차와 하이브리드 차량의 성능을 좌우하는 희토류 영구자석 핵심소재 성림첨단소재 등을 투자하며 차세대 핵심소재 유망 기업 발굴에 주력하고 있습니다.

Changseon Lee obtained his Ph.D. in Energy Engineering from Hanyang University and conducted joint research on solid-state batteries with Hyundai Motor Group and Samsung SDI.

He laid the foundation as a material, component, and equipment evaluator at K&A Investment Partners, and joined Quad Ventures in 2022. He focuses on investing in promising companies in the next-generation core material sector, including Lithium Sulfide by Jeongseok Chemicals, a core material for solid-state batteries, and Sunglim Advanced Materials, a core material for rare earth permanent magnets that influence the performance of electric and hybrid vehicles.
